I’m sure you have all heard of the impending doom that is known as finals week.
It is a stressful time for all who are unfortunate enough to have three papers, two tests, a presentation, a job, an innumerable amount of meetings, and a hatred of coffee (me). However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s name is Brinner.
You might not know what Brinner is; besides being all that is good in the world, it is simply “breakfast for dinner.” There is usually a huge supply of scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, donuts, sauasage, and pretty much anything else you could want.
This might not sound like much, but it is one of my favorite traditions here at Transy. Right before finals begin, the Student Activities Board (SAB) hosts a late night breakfast so that everyone can refuel for their long night of studying and wallowing in self-pity. The professors even enjoy this tradition, many of them even serve the food! Everyone comes out for this event, the line is always ridiculously long.
I am not ashamed to say that I was the very first person in line this semester who literally staked out the place an hour early.
